This song remind me of my childhood days, I used to sing this to my family and... we have fun...

I miss everything about those time when we still believe in Santa, prince and princesses, fairies, and happily ever after? Well, As we all know, all those thing were just our imagination from books and we all know it's something that'll never come true, I mean let's face the fact that in this 21st centuries when it comes to love, it's bullshit, Love is only a 'word' now, want some prove? well marriage now a days ends really fast. Many people said they loved each others but at the end there will always be the third person. (HA!) I seriously wish I could quickly end this life and yeah be on my next life...? will there ever be afterlife...? Who knows?

I miss every thing that I used to do with my family, for example. eat a proper dinner together, Joke around with them and no one gets angry easily, talk about the past, and last got out together. We live in the same place but this family is no longer one. As I am typing this I meant it, I want the old family I used to know back together. I want love from family. Can someone tell me what has happened to my beloved family...? why are people being so... different now? can someone tell me?

Developing the Leaders Around You

Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. He sent them to preach


the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. Luke 9:1-2



In an organization, it is the team leader's responsibility to orchestrate the team's growth. He must make sure that his people grow both personally and professionally. And he must insure that their growth happens with them together - as a team.



When I work on growing my team members, I take several different approaches. First, we all learn together on a regular basis, at least once a month. In this way, I know that that everyone in the organization shares the common experience of learning things together, regardless of their position or responsibilities.



Second, I regularly build small teams of learners. I periodically have groups of three or four cooperate on a project that requires them to learn. It builds strong relational bonds between those people.



Third, I send people to conferences, workshops, seminars, and other development opportunities. Then when they return, I ask them to teach others in the organization what they've learned.



Shared experiences and the give-and-take of communication are the greatest ways to promote team growth.
